The 29-member Ad Hoc Committee of the Bangladesh Volleyball Federation was formed on 18 July 2026 by the National Sports Council under the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

On Monday, 3 August 2026, the newly appointed Ad Hoc Committee formally assumed charge from the previous Ad Hoc Committee.

Following the handover, the first meeting of the newly appointed Ad Hoc Committee was held at 4:00 PM at the Federation’s meeting room, chaired by the Honourable President of the Bangladesh Volleyball Federation, Mr. M. A. Latif Shahrear Zahedee.
